X2 MA JJ RSX Trend-Following Trading System

The X2 MA JJ RSX is a trend-following trading system that utilizes indicator signals to identify trading opportunities.

The system employs the colorx2ma indicator to determine the primary slow trend direction. The colorjjrsx indicator is used to pinpoint entry points when the fast trend shows signs of changing direction.

An entry signal is generated at the closure of a bar if the following two conditions are met:
- The fast and slow trend signals align.
- The fast trend has reversed its direction.

Note: String variables within the input code are for visual organization in the EA inputs window. The colorjjrsx_htf and colorx2ma_htf indicators are included within the EA for enhanced trend visualization in the Strategy Tester and are not utilized in other operational modes.

For the EA to function correctly, please place the compiled files colorx2ma.ex5, colorx2ma_htf.ex5, colorjjrsx.ex5, and colorjjrsx_htf.ex5 into the \\mql5\indicators directory.

The tradealgorithms.mqh library file enables the use of Expert Advisors with brokers that offer non-zero spreads and the ability to set stop loss and take profit concurrently with position opening. Additional variants of this library can be obtained from the provided link.

The default Expert Advisor input parameters were used during the tests displayed. Stop loss and take profit were not utilized during these tests.

Figure 1 illustrates examples of trades on the chart.

Testing results for 2026 on GBPUSD, with a slow trend on H4 and entry by fast trend on M30:
