Often, when the price exits the Bollinger Bands canal, it tends to slow down and then return to the canal. Similarly, when the RSI line crosses the overbought or oversold signal level, the price may slow down and reverse direction.
By combining these two conditions, we can identify potential price reversals.
The indicator can detect a breakout from the canal to the slowdown zone while considering the RSI indicator, and vice versa, from the slowdown zone back into the canal with a confirmed RSI reversal signal. You can choose to enable or disable either of the signals (RSI or slowdown zone). Additionally, a sound alert is triggered when an arrow appears.
Recommendation:
It is advisable to wait for both signals before opening a position. First, wait for the signal indicating a breakout from the canal to the outside (circle), and then wait for the signal of the price re-entering the canal (arrow).
Settings:
