The indicator displays broker server time (SER), which cannot be altered.
Five additional time zones can be configured, and their labels can be customized.
Time zones that are not needed can be hidden.
In the demonstration image, London (LND) is set to an offset of -2, and New York City (NYC) is set to an offset of -7, among others.
If time zones are hidden, the `up_down` parameter might need a negative value to position the indicator closer to the bottom of the chart.
By default, two time zones are hidden. If these are unhidden, the `up_down` parameter must be changed from -20 to a positive number to move the indicator away from the chart's lower margin.
To use bold fonts, set `fonts_bold` to true.
