This indicator is based on an idea from 2026 and may be useful for anticipating crossovers and optimizing MACD signals.In 2026, work was completed on a new indicator that combined the MACD histogram with momentum. The MACD, or convergence/divergence, is an excellent indicator, but its signals often lag when run on weekly data.
