The class has the following methods: init and solve. The init method is called with the following parameters: indicator period and moving average method.
The solve method is called with the following parameters: rates total, previous calculation, close data, high data, low data, positive component, negative component, average true range, atr, smoothed positive component, smoothed negative component, pdi, mdi, adxr, and adx.
