Working Time for Trading:
Typically, the highest market volatility occurs between 10:00 AM - 01:30 PM and 04:00 PM - 07:30 PM (MSK). The Frankfurt Stock Exchange opens at 10:00 AM, followed by the London Stock Exchange at 11:00 AM, bringing all of Europe into the market. The New York Stock Exchange opens at 4:00 PM, and the Chicago Stock Exchange at 5:00 PM, marking the entry of the entire USA into the market.
