The indicator functions by analyzing a limited number of bars, defined by its parameters, from the end of the chart history towards the beginning. Within this interval, it identifies fractals, calculates the three price levels with the highest fractal occurrences, and determines the price for each fractal. The average price among these determined fractals is then displayed. The spread of prices for other fractals contributes to the line's size, indicating a strong level.
Only three price levels are generated from all fractals. Each level is assigned a color based on the number of fractals contributing to its formation: red for the strongest level, yellow for the middle, and green for the weakest, all of which should be considered in trading.
Usage in Trading:
Similar to other levels in the forex market, these fractal levels have no unique differences but should be traded in the direction of their breakout.
