The system operates as follows:
- Indicator values are taken from 4 bars: shift, shift+7, shift+14, and shift+21.
- Each indicator value is multiplied by a weight calculated using the formula (100-x(n)), where x(n) is an optimized variable (x1, x2, x3, x4).
- The weighted values are summed to obtain the perceptron's output.
- If the perceptron output is greater than 0, a buy position is opened; if it's less than 0, a sell position is opened.
Position Management:
- Positions are opened with a stop loss (mandatory) and without a take profit.
- When a position's profit exceeds the stop loss value on the spread amount, and an opposite signal occurs, the position is reversed with a larger volume.
- If no opposite signal appears, the stop loss is adjusted to the same level as the initial position.
- If a position reversal is not possible due to a close stop loss value, the position is closed, and a new attempt is made on the next tick.
Stop Loss Management:
- Stop loss is essential to manage unprofitable positions.
