The indicator has two settings:
- RsiLength: This should be set to half the dominant cycle period. For example, when applying to stocks or stock indexes with a monthly cycle period (20 bars on a daily chart), set this variable to 10.
- Smooth: The smoothing parameter controls volatile swings and should be set to no more than the value of RsiLength.
Usage:
- A spike below -2 indicates a high probability of a bullish reversal, triggering a buy signal.
- A spike above 2 suggests a high probability of a bearish reversal, signaling a sell.
