The Ergodic MA C D Oscillator calculation is defined as follows:

the Ergodic Macd Oscillator is calculated using the formula ergodic_macd() - macd(price, r, s, u),
and the signal line is calculated using an exponentially smoothed moving average, ema(ul), applied to macd.
In contrast to the standard Macd indicator, the Ergodic MA C D Oscillator uses a different approach, proposed by William Blau.
The input parameters are:
- r: period of the 1st ema (slow), applied to price (default value is 20),
- s: period of the 2nd ema (fast), applied to price (default value is 5),
- u: period of the 3rd ema, applied to macd (default value is 3),
- ul: smoothing period (signal line), applied to ergodic (default value is 3),
- appliedprice: the price used for calculation (default value is price_close).
Note:
- r must be greater than 1,
- s must be greater than 1,
- s must be less than r,
- u must be greater than 0, if u equals 1, smoothing is not used,
- ul must be greater than 0, if ul equals 1, the signal and ergodic lines are the same,
- the minimum number of rates required for calculation is ([max(r, s)] + u + ul - 3 + 1).
