- Money management mode (0 to 10) for each trading strategy
The code has been restructured to eliminate logical errors and unnecessary references. However, some peculiarities remain and will be addressed later.
Simultaneously employs 4 trading tactics, recommended for 5-minute timeframes, but adaptable to others.
Originally designed for autonomous operation on a VPS, internal variables will reset upon disconnection or restart. For uninterrupted operation, keep the terminal running over weekends if launched from home.
Optimized for USDJPY, performs reasonably well with EURUSD, but other currency pairs may yield unsatisfactory results.
Trading Strategy Summaries:
- RSI signals for buy/sell, with average exit from overbought/oversold zones. If the price moves favorably from the initial entry point, sequential additions are made twice, with a 15-point step.
- Box breakout strategy, combining several well-known breakout techniques. Stop orders are placed on both sides at 6, 12, and 20 hours Greenwich Mean Time, and any unused orders are removed after 4 hours.
- 'Lazy Trader' strategy, placing stop orders on both sides on Monday and closing them on Friday.
- Gap-tracking strategy for Monday, monitoring the divergence between Friday's close and Monday's open.
All positions are trailed by default. Take profit is excluded from the advisor, as it was linked to the removed scaling feature, which opened positions with two orders, one without a target and the other with a take profit.
Important Note: All strategies are trend-following. Historical data shows that the advisor loses money when the market moves in a range or triangle pattern visible on H4/D1 charts.
