System Description

For the Expert Advisor to operate correctly, the compiled indicator file highlowssignal.ex5 must be placed in the terminal_data_folder\mql5\indicators directory.
Note that the TradeAlgorithms.mqh library file enables the use of Expert Advisors with brokers who offer nonzero spread and the option of setting stop loss and take profit together with position opening.

Testing Results
The default Expert Advisor input parameters were used during the tests shown below, with no stop loss and take profit used during the tests.
Figure 1 shows the instances of deal history on the chart.
