Exp Color Zerolag Momentum x2: Trend Trading System

The Exp Color Zerolag Momentum x2 is a trend trading system that utilizes signals from two indicators. The first indicator determines the slow trend direction based on the position of its main and signal lines. The second indicator identifies trade entry moments when its lines cross or touch. - The fast and slow trend signals align.
- The direction of the fast trend has changed.

- Maximum price deviation (in points)
- Permission to enter long positions

- Chart period for the trend
- Smoothing

Notes:
- Text descriptions within input parameters are for visualization within the Expert Advisor window.
- The ColorZerolagMomentum indicators within the EA are for strategy tester visualization and are inactive in other modes.
- Compiled .ex5 files for ColorZerolagMomentum and ColorZerolagMomentum_HTF should be placed in the <terminal_data_folder>\mql5\indicators directory.
- Upon compilation, the Exp_ColorZerolagMomentum.ex5 Expert Advisor includes the ColorZerolagMomentum.ex5 and ColorZerolagMomentum_HTF.ex5 indicators as resources. Therefore, these indicator files are not required separately in the terminal folder for the EA to function. This integration is achieved by embedding the indicator code directly into the EA.
- The indicator executable files are included as global scope resources.
- Resource paths for the indicators within the oninit() function have been modified.
- This allows the compiled EA executable file to operate independently on other trade terminals without needing the separate indicator files.
- The TradeAlgorithms.mqh library file supports EAs operating with brokers offering non-zero spreads and the ability to set stop loss and take profit concurrently with position opening.
- Default EA input parameters were used for the tests. Stop loss and take profit were not utilized during these tests.

Figure 1 displays examples of deals on the chart.
Testing results for 2015 on GBPJPY, with the slow trend on H6 and entry based on the fast trend on M30, are shown in Figure 2.
